F.lli Ardenghi manufactures individual actuator components for customers in the industry and also performs part assemblies upon request. Four-guided press with pushers, conceived, designed and made in Italy for precise assembly of spring Cartridge. The high stroke allows any type of spring cartridge to be assembled, even with several springs positioned in series. It has been specifically designed for the assembly of spring Cartridge, where perpendicularity and reduction of displacements during compression are essential to perform a workmanlike assembly in order to reduce internal friction by increasing the performance of the spring pack.
The press has load cells, designed not to damage components during compression by setting safety values on the load. Possibility to verify/certify spring loads at different heights.
